Inflammation…good or bad?

Many of the clients I work with are mom's in their 40s who are struggling with fatigue and pain. Lots of them have been told they just need to reduce stress or that they have too much inflammation.

They've been put on anti-inflammatory diets and sometimes anti-inflammatory medications, too. And they're taking lots of turmeric.

But what's really going on here? Is inflammation really that bad??

Inflammation is a natural response to injury… think about it… when you sprain something it swells up. Things brings healing fluids and nutrients to the area, splints it, and makes it painful so you remember not to use it. Pretty brilliant!

But what about chronic inflammation? It's still your body trying to heal! Getting rid of the inflammation won't solve the problem. It will keep it from being solved!

My method for solving multiple symptoms digs down to find what is causing the inflammation in the first place. Once we solve that issue the inflammation can do its job: heal things and go away. Once things are healed symptoms go away and energy returns.
